A Our R&D technicians need to use three test methods to exclude residue and whitening when developing a new edge control product:
1) Apply it on hands for 30 minutes;
2) Apply it on hair for 48 hours;
3) Pass it through an oven for 300 Degree test for 3 hours.

A 1) In addition to signing a contract with our company, we also sign a product quality commitment;
2) You can use Trade Assurance payment/OA payment on Alibaba as a quality assurance;
3) Before shipment, we can provide Inspection process, inspection pictures and inspection videos, as well as free express delivery of finished product samples;
4) If you find that the product quality is unqualified after receiving the goods, you can contact us first to handle the return and refund matters, and we will pay additional compensation to the buyer.

A 1) All of our products have COA and MSDS issued by SGS;
2) Our product ingredients do not contain alcohol or animal ingredients;
3) We made human test report for each batch of products before delivery, did not make animal testing;

A We can provide free samples up to 2kg. When providing samples, we will help our customers to control the express cost and give as many samples with different effects as possible, so that you can have more choices when testing the products.

A The normal minimum order quantity is 5000pcs. Our company has nearly 23 types in stock bottle. If you choose the bottle in stock, the minimum order quantity can accept 1000pcs, and the delivery time is 7-15 days;
